Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are proud to offer competitive rates to ensure your cat gets the dental care it deserves.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery of 6–8 business days for most countries.

International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or peak seasons.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BioBite™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages

BioBite™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
